How long until orders ship?

Orders are processed within 1-2 business days. You'll receive an email with tracking information once your package is dispatched.

How much is shipping?

Shipping is a flat $15 within the continental United States, and orders over $450 ship free.

Do you offer international shipping?

Currently, we ship only within the continental United States. We can't ship to Alaska, Hawaii, US territories, or APO/FPO addresses yet. We may expand in the future.

Where do you ship from?

Orders ship from our facility in Wisconsin, typically within 1-2 business days via USPS or UPS.

Are products factory sealed?

Yes. Every product on Rain Up is manufacturer-sealed in its original wrap. We never open or repackage product. Minor cosmetic imperfections (small shrink-wrap tears, corner dings) can occur in manufacturing or transit and aren't covered by our refund policy. See our Refund Policy for details.

Do you accept returns?

All sales are final. We do not accept returns or exchanges due to the nature of sealed trading card products.

Do you restock sold-out items?

We restock popular items as often as possible. Check back regularly, or join our email list at the bottom of the page for restock alerts and new drops.

Can I cancel my order?

Orders can be canceled within 24 hours of purchase, as long as the package hasn't shipped yet. Cancellations are subject to a 5% processing fee (covers payment-processor and platform fees we can't recover). Once a tracking number has been issued, the order can't be canceled. Can I change something about my order?

A few changes are possible while the order is still being prepared:

  • Address changes: email us at support@rainupcards.com with your order number and the corrected address as soon as possible.
  • Combining recent orders: if you placed two orders close together and neither has shipped, we can combine them into a single shipment. Email us with both order numbers.

Item swaps or quantity changes aren't supported once an order is placed. You'd need to cancel (24h window, 5% fee) and place a new order.

What happens if my order has both pre-order and in-stock items?

Mixed orders ship together once the pre-order arrives, so an in-stock item gets held until the pre-order date. To get your in-stock items shipped right away, place them as a separate order from your pre-orders.

How do pre-orders work?

Pre-orders require full payment at purchase. Release dates are provided by manufacturers and may shift. Pre-orders ship as soon as we receive stock. You can cancel a pre-order within 24 hours of purchase (5% processing fee applies). See our Pre-Order Policy.

Do you authenticate or grade cards?

No. We sell only sealed product as it comes from the manufacturer. We do not open, authenticate, or grade individual cards.
