How Pre-Orders Work

Pre-orders let you reserve upcoming products before they're released. Full payment is required at the time of purchase to lock in your reservation.

Release Dates

Release dates come from the manufacturer and can change without notice. Rain Up isn't liable for release-date shifts. We'll communicate any known changes by email as soon as we have them.

If We Can't Fulfill

If we receive less product than we pre-sold due to distributor allocation cuts, supply shortages, or manufacturer cancellations, we'll refund the unfulfilled portion of your order in full (no processing fee). When partial fulfillment is possible, we'll prioritize orders by the date they were placed. We'll notify you by email if your order is affected.

When Pre-Orders Ship

Pre-order items ship once stock arrives, typically on or shortly after the official release date. You'll get a shipping confirmation with tracking when your order goes out.

Mixing Pre-Orders and In-Stock Items

If you'd like in-stock items to ship right away, place them as a separate order from your pre-orders. Otherwise, the entire order ships together once everything is in.

Price Guarantee

The price you pay at the time of pre-order is the price you're charged. We don't change pricing after the fact, even if MSRP shifts before release.

Cancellations

Pre-orders can be canceled within 24 hours of purchase for a refund, minus a 5% processing fee. After 24 hours, pre-orders are final and cannot be canceled or refunded. By placing a pre-order, you agree to these terms.
