Agreement

By using the Rain Up website or placing an order, you agree to these Terms of Service. You must be of legal age in your jurisdiction to make a purchase.

Right to Refuse Service

Rain Up reserves the right to refuse, cancel, or limit any order at our discretion.

Products

Products are offered while supplies last. Product images are for reference; actual packaging may vary. All products are factory sealed and ship in their original wrap. See our Refund Policy for what we cover if a product arrives damaged or incorrect.

Pricing & Errors

All pricing is in USD. We reserve the right to correct typographical errors, pricing mistakes, or product information at any time, including after an order is placed. If a pricing error affects your order, we'll contact you before charging or shipping and you can choose to accept the corrected price or cancel for a full refund.

Orders & Cancellations

Orders may be canceled within 24 hours of purchase if they have not yet shipped, subject to a 5% processing fee.

Shipping

Standard processing is 1-2 business days. Ownership transfers when packages are accepted by the carrier. See our Shipping Policy for details.

Pre-Orders

Pre-orders require full payment at the time of purchase. They can be canceled within 24 hours of purchase (5% processing fee); after that they are non-refundable, except in cases where Rain Up cannot fulfill due to allocation cuts or supply issues. Release dates may change. See our Pre-Order Policy for full terms.

Limitation of Liability

Rain Up is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our products or website. Our total liability for any order is limited to the purchase price of the product.

Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Wisconsin, without regard to conflict-of-law principles.
