Processing & Shipping Times
Orders are processed and shipped within 1-2 business days (Monday-Friday, excluding holidays). High-volume periods or product launches may add a day. We'll email if anything significantly delays your order.
Shipping Rates
Standard shipping is a flat $15 anywhere in the continental United States. Orders over $450 ship free.
Where We Ship
Rain Up currently ships to addresses within the continental United States. We do not ship to Alaska, Hawaii, US territories, APO/FPO addresses, or international destinations at this time.
Tracking
You'll get a shipment confirmation email with tracking once your order ships. Tracking numbers can take up to 24 hours to become active in the carrier's system.
Sealed-Product Condition
All sealed products ship in their original factory wrap. For details on what we cover if your package arrives damaged or incorrect, see our Refund Policy.
Ownership & Carrier Liability
Ownership of your package transfers to you when it's accepted by the shipping carrier (USPS or UPS). After that, Rain Up is not responsible for packages that are lost, stolen, or damaged in transit, or for carrier delays from weather, holidays, or other disruptions.
If tracking shows "Delivered" but you can't find the package, check with neighbors, building staff, or your local post office before contacting us. For packages lost or stolen after delivery, file a claim directly with the carrier. We'll help with documentation.
Undeliverable or Returned Packages
If a package is returned to us due to an incorrect address, refused delivery, failed pickup, or missed signature, we'll refund the order once it's back in our hands, minus the original shipping cost and a 5% processing fee. If you'd rather have the package reshipped to a corrected address, we can do that while it's still in transit; you'll cover the new shipping cost.
Mail Forwarding Services
If you ship to a mail-forwarding company (for international onward delivery, freight forwarders, etc.), Rain Up cannot be held responsible for the contents of your package once it's been delivered to the forwarder. We have no traceability past that point.
Pre-Orders
