All Sales Final
All sales at Rain Up are final. Because we sell sealed collectibles, we do not accept returns or exchanges.
The only exception is if your order arrives damaged or incorrect. See Damages & Issues below.
Damages & Issues
Inspect your order as soon as it arrives. If something's wrong, you must:
- Email support@rainupcards.com within 24 hours of delivery.
- Send a continuous, unedited unboxing video recorded from the moment the sealed shipping package is first opened.
- Send photos of the shipping box, packing materials, and the damaged or incorrect item.
Claims without the unboxing video and photos cannot be accepted.
What we don't cover:
- Minor cosmetic imperfections to sealed packaging: small shrink-wrap tears, corner dings, scuffs, or scratches. These can happen during manufacturing or transit and don't affect the contents.
- Manufacturing defects inside a sealed product (pull rates, foil quality, miscut cards, etc.). These are between you and the manufacturer.
- Any product that's been opened. Once a sealed product is unsealed, we can no longer verify the original condition.
- Packages marked "Delivered" by the carrier that you can't locate. Contact the carrier to file a claim.
Order Cancellations
You can cancel an order within 24 hours of purchase, as long as it hasn't shipped yet. Once a tracking number is issued and your package is in transit, we can no longer cancel.
All cancellations are subject to a 5% processing fee, which covers payment-processor and platform fees we can't recover. The remaining balance is refunded to your original payment method.
How We Resolve Claims
For approved claims, we'll either:
- Send a replacement if the product is still in stock, or
- Issue a refund if a replacement isn't available.
We'll let you know which resolution applies when we approve your claim. Resolution is at Rain Up's discretion based on available stock and the nature of the issue.
Pre-Orders
Pre-orders can be canceled within 24 hours of purchase (5% processing fee applies); after that, they're non-refundable except if Rain Up cannot fulfill due to allocation cuts or supply issues. See our Pre-Order Policy for full terms.
